Over and Done: Stacy’s Journey of Moving On

Once upon a time there was Stacy- and every day she got a sudden feeling in her gut when she thought about the house she still owned back in Fort Wayne, IN after a divorce.  Her ex-husband was still living there illegally and she was basically looking the other way but she felt trapped, all her friends were telling her she has to fix up this house to sell it. But she couldn’t afford to fix up the house.

And she felt stuck, and didn’t know what to do. Wanted to move on with her new life but she couldn’t.

Then one day she saw a story of someone just like her, a neighbor in Fort Wayne who found us and she found out how they didn’t have to do any repairs, they had a squatter also, and they were able to find relief and peace of mind by working with the Homebuyers Coop.

But...: Stacy was hesitant to believe that her house could be sold without extensive repairs, she wanted to know more so she clicked the link and completed the short questions and was connected with one of our experienced reps right away.

Our friendly rep was able to show her that she actually had multiple options in selling the property and she was able to pick which one she liked the most and it was the one where we took care of the squatter, she didn’t have to lift a finger or even meet us at the property. We were able to cover the locksmith too to make it not only simple and easy but convenient and absolutely hassle-free!

And then...: Stacy realized that our cash offer could provide a quick and hassle-free solution to her problem.

So she chose to sell to Homebuyers Coop and she was able to finally begin to live her happily ever after.

Because The Homebuyers Coop did all the stuff she was worried about for her. Despite her misgivings, she didn’t have to fix anything or pay for anything or tell anyone to leave.

And now she’s in Michigan living her new life with her new friend. ;)
